The top NFT Art marketplaces: Rarible vs OpenSea vs Mintable
It took me some time to understand the main differences between Rarible, OpenSea and Mintable. Although there are still some ambiguities about the positioning of each platform, I gave it a shot and made a comparison in this article.
Oh and by the way, for those interested, you can check my NFT artwork series here:

Rarible
Founded in 2020, it is having a good users growth, boosted by the new offering for Lazy Minting back in Octobre 2021. It has a smaller choice of proposed assets focusing mainly on digital art, but has a royalties feature that can be interesting for getting a cut on resellers.
OpenSea
A marketplace but also an aggregator, which offers different collections from different NFT marketplaces. OpenSea was launched in 2018 and it seems that it has the largest user base.
Mintable
Mintable was launched in 2018 and looks like the marketplace with the most variety of digital assets: Art, Music, Videos, E-Books and more… It also offers Lazy Minting, which allows artists to post their work without paying the gas fees upfront.
